Yudu SCM (Shandong) Corp., Ltd., formerly known as Qingdao Yudu International Logistics Ltd., was established on September 17, 2004. The company has been adhering to the business philosophy of “Kindness and Harmony , Creditability and sincerity”, keeps making progress. After more than ten years’ rapid growth, with business keeping growing, the company now becomes the very strength of the integrated logistics enterprise in Shandong. February 16, 2015, the company listed on NEEQ successfully and became the fourth international logistics enterprise which listed on NEEQ. Since then, the Yudu SCM (Shandong) Corp., Ltd. (stock name: Yudu stock, stock code: 832134) was formally established with the registered capital of RMB 38,400,000 Yuan. After listing, complying with the national policies of “one belt and one road” and “vigorously support modern service enterprises”, Yudu innovates its business mode constantly and is trying to transform it to integrated supply chain service platform, and develops whole industry services mainly aiming at Shandong Characteristic agriculture.Our company will be listed on the Beijing Stock Exchange from 2022.
